Reports to: Director of Corporate Services

 Classification: Exempt

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00

The Corporate Services Administrative Assistant will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including coordinating interviews, administering benefits, data collection and other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

· Conduct recruiting effort for all non-exempt and exempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees.

· Monitor and coordinate employee training within the company.

· Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employee orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience.

· Assist employees and retirees with all benefit questions and needs.

· Maintain required records, training, logs and reports accordingly.

· File required reports EEO-1 report and Vet-100, Affirmative Action Plan and OSHA 300 annually.

· Generate reports as needed and place information into a presentation format.

· Organize and manage employee records.

· Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety.

· Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with benefit plans.
  • Must have a high level of customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to apply discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
