The Operations Department is accepting applications for the position of:
Lineman
Okmulgee Area Maintenance

An experienced journeyman lineman is preferred, but all qualified applicants up to and including apprentice lineman will be considered. The job will be offered to the most qualified applicant as determined by East Central Electric. The successful candidate must abide by the residency requirement and live within a ten (10) mile radius of the Morris Post Office. Interested parties must complete an online application.
The successful candidate should be certified to climb and will be required to supply all climbing and hand tools as designated by East Central. All tools and related gear will be inspected as part of the final selection process.
*The use of the title “Lineman” is a traditional title for this position and does not indicate any preference for male applicants. The Cooperative fully intends to include both male and female applicants when hiring for this position.
