We strive to provide as many affordable and convenient ways of paying your bill as possible, and are always open to suggestions as to how we can better accommodate your needs.

The East Central Electric Cooperative Lobby at 2001 S Wood Drive in Okmulgee is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the exception of some federal holidays. Our friendly cashiers are ready to handle any business you need to conduct.

Automatic Bank Draft

Never miss a payment by having your electric bill automatically withdraw from your checking or savings account. You can sign up by mailing the attached form to our office or by setting up online payments through your banking institution. You can also sign up for automatic bank draft through SmartHub (see more below).

 

SmartHub 

SmartHub is a free web and mobile app that allows you to take control of all aspects of your account. Pay your bill, report power outages, manage your usage, set up text and push notifications, and contact us with service issues quickly and easily. There is a third-party convenience fee applied to bill payments made through SmartHub. All you need to enroll is your member account number, which can be found on your bill. Visit your preferred app store to download SmartHub.

 

Pay by Phone

Pay by phone using VISA, Mastercard or Discover at 844-963-2851. This option is available 24/7, with a third-party convenience fee.

 

Participating Moneygram and PaySite Kiosks

When you don’t have time to rush to the post office or the co-op office, and you’d rather not pay online, look for a conveniently located pay kiosk. Payments post to your electric account within 10 minutes. This option includes third-party convenience fees and available times vary by location.

How to use the PaySite kiosk. 1. Select NAME & enter your account number. 2. Pay with cash, check, or card. #. Your payment posts while your receipt is printing.

Disconnect Policy

If a service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect service once the following payments have been made:

  • The balance in full
  • A reconnect fee

Depending on the style of meter attached to your service, we may not be able to reconnect service on weekends or holidays. To avoid having service disconnected, please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to make a payment. Our helpful service representatives will work with you to see if arrangements can be made.
