Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) Notice

If you subscribe to ECOEC’s broadband services through ecoLINK, we are required by federal law to protect the confidentiality of certain information about your broadband service. This includes details such as the type and amount of broadband services you have, how you use them, and related billing information.

We may use your broadband CPNI to offer additional broadband-related products and services from ECOEC and ecoLINK only with your approval or as otherwise permitted by law.

  • We will never sell or share your CPNI with unrelated third parties.
  • You have the right to restrict our use of your CPNI for marketing purposes at any time by contacting us at 918-756-0833.
  • Using member contact information from our electric service records to inform you about ecoLINK services is not considered the use of broadband CPNI if you are not an existing broadband customer.
