Smarthub Outage Resolved

Image was used on social media April 4th to announce outage.

On Friday April 4th, East Central Electric's SmartHub cloud services were impacted by a service provider's fiber cut. We temporarily suspended bill collections due to the outage.

This has been resolved and members now have access to SmartHub again.

As long as bills that are due today or over the weekend are paid by Monday at 8 a.m., members will not be penalized for late payments.

We appreciated your patience and understanding while our IT team worked to get our systems back online.
