Image shows a decorative American Flag and a cap with a leather patch that say Veteran. Text on the image says "Share your stories of service for a chance to win."

In honor of Veteran's Day, we will be running a contest to recognize all of the co-op members who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces and who, after retirement, continue to serve their communities in other ways. All nominees will be recognized with their photo and story published on our website and social media. Seven special nominees will receive one of these distinguished, leather-patch caps.

Enter by Nov. 9:

You may nominate a veteran, using the form below, by sharing a short story (250 words or less) about how their service or continued community contributions embody the co-op spirit. The stories will be anonymously evaluated on how well the nominee's story reflects the values of the Seven Cooperative Principles. The judges will select the best story from each of our seven cooperative districts, and those individuals will receive a cap.

Only the nominees' name, town, and story will be published. All other information asked for on the form will be used to  contact winners and deliver prizes.
