Property Information

During a power outage, the co-op may need to access our electrical equipment on your property. If our equipment is behind a locked gate, having a gate code on file can speed up restoration times.
Please check this box if you have dogs on your property. In the event that we need to send a crew member out to perform work, we ask that dogs be put away to help our crews work safely.
Please check this box if you have a medical necessity for power. One of our member service representatives will email you details about our medical necessity program and the required forms for enrollment. You will need to complete the enrollment forms to be added to our medical necessity list. 
Please check this box if you have a whole home or plug-in generator. This information is important for the safety of line crews while restoring power. 

Change Authorization

I confirm that I am a listed account holder on this account and that I have authorization to make changes to this account. I understand that a representative of East Central Electric Cooperative will contact me at my previous contact on record to verify my identity as an authorized account holder on before performing any changes to the account information.
